303D Listings – Dry Creek has temperature violations and Port Angeles Harbor has dissolved oxygen violations.

Under the federal Clean Water Act, section 303(d), every two years Washington State has to submit to the US Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA) a list of surface water bodies that fall short of water quality standards and are not expected to improve within the next two years.
