The Clallam County Department of Community Development is responsible for comprehensive planning, processing development and building permits, and performing the functions of the County Fire Marshal.

Our mission is to promote public safety, a healthy environment, and a strong local economy, and to provide courteous, timely, and efficient service to the public.
