PURPOSE : The purpose of the Sequim Bypass Commercial [S(BC)] zone is to establish areas primarily devoted to providing services within the Sequim UGA to the traveling public, that are limited in size and use.

- Setbacks:
- Front yard - 25 feet from the property line abutting a local access road
30 feet from the property line abutting a collector road
35 feet from the property line abutting an arterial
- Side yard - 5 feet from property line (20 feet from residential zones or uses)
- Rear yard - 5 feet from property line (20 feet from residential zones or uses)
- Maximum Lot Coverage: 85%
- Maximum Height: 35 feet.
- Maximum Building Area: 10,000 square feet
NOTE: New development proposals within the Sequim Urban Growth Area are subject to urban development standards specified under C.C.C. 33.19.060, as applicable. Infrastructure improvements may be required as a condition of development permit approval. Please consult the Planning Division for further details. |
