Public hearing
The Board of Clallam County Commissioners held a public hearing on June 19, 2007, at 10:30 am on a proposed resolution affirming the County has reviewed and updated its comprehensive plan and development regulations to ensure continued compliance with the GMA, accompanied by a proposed ordinance creating a new section under the Countywide Comprehensive Plan, Chapter 31.02 CCC, to formally identify certain local land areas as limited areas of more intensive rural development, subject to expansion limitations. The resolution and ordinance reference the above listed Reports.
Adoption of Resolution and Ordinance
The Board of Clallam County Commissioners adopted Resolution 77 and Ordinance 827 on August 28, 2007.
