The Clallam County Waste Prevention Program helps residents, organizations and businesses know how to recycle right and meet their waste prevention goals.

Virtual Introduction to the Food Waste Activity Kit: Sunday, March 21, 2 pm or Wednesday, March 24 at 1 pm.

Calling all educators, families and youth group leaders to join us for a introduction to the Food Waste Activity Kit, a multilingual, multiage guide providing hands on activities to engage youth on the issue of food waste at home, school and the greater community. View the kit on the WSU Clallam County Extension #ShrinkFoodWaste webpage and tune in--we are here to help you utlitize this tool with local youth. Hosted on Zoom at the links above.

Recycle Right Clallam campaign kick off. Tuesday, March 16th, 10 am.

Join the City of Port Angeles, Waste Connections and the Clallam County Waste Prevention Program at the Regional Transfer Station as we launch new coordinated outreach materials to teach Clallam County how to Recycle Right!
