All classes in Port Angeles and Sequim are now walk-in only, no pre-registration.  You must still pre-register in Forks.

To attend a food worker class:

• For registration for the Forks class, visit the Forks Health Department at 140 ‘C' Street.  Bring cash or a check for the $10.00 food worker card fee.  We cannot accept registrations over the phone, and do not accept credit or debit cards.
• For walk-in classes, registration begins 45 minutes prior to the class and have cash or a check for the $10.00 food worker card fee.

Walk-in class availability is on a first come, first served basis.  If you are not there to sign up before the class begins, you will not be able to take the class.
