Washington Food Rule revision 2005

Washington State's Food Service Regulation has changed.  Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 246-215 has been revised following three years of input from industry, consumers, and public health agencies.  Although the new rule is similar to the outgoing one, the revision includes several major changes and additions.  To access the Washington State Retail Food Code Working Document, click on the following link:
