There are several simple things you can do to help conserve water now:
    1
. Turn off tap water while you brush your teeth
    2.  Take shorter showers.
    3. Fill a pitcher with tap water and put it in the fridge,
rather than running the tap every time you want a cold drink.
    4.  Clean sidewalks and driveways with a broom--not a water hose!
    5.  Water your lawn in the early morning to avoid evaporation
    6. Place a layer of mulch around trees and plants to retain water..
    7.  Repair dripping faucets.(A dripping faucet can waste up to 2,000 gallons of water a year.)
