Filing Fees
Civil filing fees for most case types is $53. We currently accept filings by fax per General Rule 17. The fee for fax filings is $3 for the first page and $1 for each additional page. Orders sent via the mail for signing ex parte require a $20 fee. Contact the County Clerk with questions or comments regarding filing fees.
 

Payment by Credit Card
Citizens may make payments of fines, fees, costs and penalties by credit cards by calling the 1-800-530-8281. The following information is necessary to credit the payment:

1. The 1-800 number may be called from any touch tone telephone.
    
2. You must have the complete citation number. If you do not have the complete citation number, it may be obtained by calling the District Court at 417-2560.
    
3. You will first make a selection that identifies the letter part of the citation number. When you are entering the number portion, be sure and begin with any zeroes that precede the numbers.
    
4. When you are asked to enter the citation amount, you may enter any partial payment of the total amount owed. As an example, If you wish to pay $120.00 (one hundred and twenty dollars) on a total amount owed of $960.00 (nine hundred and sixty dollars), enter 12000. You must enter two zeroes for the cents amount. The last two digits represent cents.
    
5. On each transaction, there will be a fee charged according to the transaction amount:
   
   $0 to $200 the fee is $7.95
   $200to $500 the fee is $12.95
   $500 to $1,000 the fee is $23.95
   per $1,000 the fee is $23.95
